Why the fuck would you idiots put salt on meat before cooking it? It draws out the moisture from basically anything you put it on and leaves it in the frypan, completely wrecks meat before you've even half cooked it.
The sauce will have more than enough salt anyway and if you need more do it while preparing the burg.

my favorite european dish is kebap and im not even kidding. I'm an American. I've traveled all over asia and europe. My favorite european dish is middle eastern food. Europeans cannot showcase the types of food they claim to define them. Even Americans do a better job of this. In France it's an absolute shit show. I was embarrassed for them, really. I finally understand all this "random" hatred about "MERICANS LOLOLOL", its a cope.
Food in European capital cities is absolute shit. That isn't to say there isnt great food, but in the US, i've also had really great food. Food that surpasses A N Y food I've had all over Europe. It's not even fair how much better food is at a BBQ pit in some unknown US town compared to some shithole in Paris, London, Berlin, Kyiv, Rome and im not kidding. I've eaten in all of these cities and I still KNOW US BBQ is the best, I crave it all the time.
I now understand how depressed they are. Dont make fun of them, they are basically on suicide watch.
