Out on the ranch we keep things simple. It may not look like much, but cattle drive gold satisfied even the hungriest cowboy

Working out on the ranch, I don't get a lot of time for making grub. Heck, living 36 miles from the nearest McDonalds a man needs to be self reliant. That's why when I'm hungry after a long day of wrangling cattle, I reach for a can of Cattle Drive Gold. It might not be what you imagine rancher eating, like in the movies, a swinging cast iron pot over a campfire. But hell, does it fill my belly, and make me ready to work a long day with my own hands. We're a simple folk, a resourceful folk, and most of all we love our Cattle Drive Gold. And we're proud of it

Livestock workers like myself live a tough life. Wake up at 4am, wrangling lost cattle, fixing fences and heavy equipment with our own hands. Nearest town is 36 miles so a man gets used to doing things himself. I grew up on my granddad's chili, he'd have stewing for days in his castiron pot. When my nephew handed me a can of Cattle Drive Gold one night I scoffed at first. Boy must be turning into a city boy I thought, be he insisted I'd like it. Well I'll maybe that boy does know a thing or two, because it was the best chili I've ever tried. Perhaps it's good my granddad isn't around, because he took a lot of pride in his chili, and there really is no beating Cattle Drive Gold. It's the little things out here that keep a man going, and having a chili that reliably fills my belly and keeps me satisfied is just one less thing to worry about.
