Food was 10X better at the chow hall in the superior USAF. I miss the ommlete bar, midnight chow. I actually went from 195 at 6’2 to 245 at 6’5 when I got out. How the fuck do you people live off of this.

If you think I have a better life and less physical ailments because I only had to do 6 weeks basic training and flew a desk, you’re absolutely right. The pay is the same whether or not your trudging up a ditch with a M240 or you are flirting with the travel pay chics down the hall.

Civies have no idea about the difference in service “thanks for your service, and you’re hired!” Is all I hear.
