Is it true working as a cook in the kitchen is one of the most stressful jobs on the planet which is the reason why lot's of restaurant workers smoke/drink/do drugs more than your average people?

I don't think i felt 'happy' in the last 5 years, just cycle between sad, less sad and depressed. I had cinnamon donut once and it was nice.
