Mangalore is a coastal city in the indian state of Karnataka.
Mangalorean cuisine is fucking amazing when it comes to seafood dishes.

Pic related is Mangalorean style clams. Called Marvai Pundi, it uses simple spices and herbs with clams. Seriously, if you haven't tried Mangalorean seafood yet and are from india, or are a fan of indian food with access to indian seafood restaurants, you are MISSSING OUT
