Apple and bourbon. Pan fry the chops with butter, let rest once cooked, toss in apple slices, let them soften up, deglaze with bourbon, flambe that shit for extra theatrics, but in your case you can just let the alcohol cook out, thicken with brown sugar. You want a saucy consistency, you don't want it to turn into candy, but if it gets too thick just add more liquor. By the time the sauce is done, the chops have rested long enough, pour over the chops and wa la.
Pic from the last time I made it, didn't cook the squash long enough but I was starving and stopped giving a shit by that point.
Easy mac recipe: boil noodles ahead of time, shock with cold water, toss into a pan with heavy cream, half and half works too, season however you like, reduce the cream by half and throw in your cheese to thicken it.

Immaculate, 20/10, only a true gourmand could do as you've done.
Here's what I made for me and the missus, pork chops with apple bourbon pan sauce, mac and cheese, and squash that I didn't cook all the way because I was too fucking hungry and didn't give a shit any more.
