I pretty much just hired teenagers. As long as you instantly fired the retards, you got plenty of work out of them.

No self-respecting adult wanted to work in our kitchen anyway; it was a franchised pizza-chain. Any adult who applied to us was desperate for work, which usually meant they were desperate enough to have to keep an eye on.

I'll take a workforce of teenagers and a few good managers over shitty "adults" who are forced into working min-wage jobs.
