Speaking of ruminants, I had a god-tier lamb stew tonight. Potatoes, carrots, nice meaty chunks of lamb, with a bit of basil, thyme, a tiny bit of fennel, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Threw some beef base in there. Tasty as fuck, yo.
