It's pretty much a "chocolate cake" using cocoa powder with coffee&cacao-tasting frosting.
The frosting's icing sugar+coffee+cocoa powder+butter+vanilla sugar.
Really, just make a typical cake base and put a coffee&cacao-flavored frosting over it and you get "Mokkapalat".

nakkikastike as in "Hotdog sauce", pic related.
My mom made this shit often, way too often and her recipe was completely devoid of spices or salt in general and no frying the hotdogs using fat because fat & carcinogens are bad for you!
