I love Italian meats, but one thing I don't really get is Mortadella, I tried it and it really just tastes like bologna, but it's supposed to be the "vastly superior version of", but to me it's really just mostly very similar, the main difference is visual to me with the whole chunks of fat, but even that doesn't add much taste difference to me

What are your thoughts on luncheon meats such as mortadella, bologna, etc etc?

Is Mortadella as delicious as it seems?

Bologna is just a cheaper version of Mortadella. Sausages are good, pretty much all American sausages or sausage type products are rooted in European sausage. Why don't you try being less ignorant and get some culture in your life.
