What do they taste like?

I’m genuinely curious because actual fugu has very little flavor beyond the sauce you dip it in.
Pic related: the set meal I got at Zuboraya in Osaka shorty before coof put them out of business during their 100th year of operation.

I’m glad I tried that place when I did; it was a local landmark that had to close its doors because chinkflu.
