You haven't had vinegar until you've had the one on the right. It is not hot and it's barely a sauce.

The sauce takes a long time to reduce. I want y as a paste. Low and slow. And one quarter pinch of flour and a 1/8th keg cork of butter.

I know people say that Tabasco is now vinegar and peppers. It's not. At least when compared to the right one. It's flavor is terrible and detracts from the taste. My homebrew hooch is brewing in the back.
