I don't see any sugar here. What else could you want? Seafood? There's no sugar in that either.

This is what real food looks like anon. Zero added sugar here.

Stop buying premade shit and you won't have a problem with added sugar.

Not everyone buys processed pasta & bread, box mixes, canned stuff, etc. anon.

What I buy looks like this.

If you buy real food, like pic related, you don't have to worry about that problem.

Stop buying processed garbage.

I operate under the assumption that if it comes in a packet or a box it's almost always shit.

This is what good food looks like. Notice the lack of packaging.

No. Real food looks like this, it doesn't have labels.

No, it's very easy to avoid. Cook from scratch. Any supermarket has pic related, and there's no added sugar.

Not really. I try to avoid packaged food in general. Real food, like pic related, doesn't have a nutrition label on it.

I do buy condiments and whatnot that are pre-made, but I consume so little of them that the nutritional information isn't really relevant.

>These are complete shit don't ever buy them,

It's food that comes in a package. Of course I'd never buy it.

Pic related is what real food looks like. Notice how there are no brand names and no packages.

>>That said, are there any brands of fish or chicken that I can buy and won't taste like garbage?
Only one I've ever found remotely passable was Gorton's brand fish. But even that sucks compared to doing it yourself. But alas there's not much you can do without a stove.

I have no idea. but I do have a pretty good rule: If the product comes in a package with a brand name, then you probably ought not to buy it at all. Real food, like pic related, does not have a package or a brand name.

>Which of those do you consider garbage?

This is my first post in the thread, but IMHO the sugar, milk powder, and palm oil all qualify.

And it's not just the ingredients themselves, it's the proportions they are used in. The fact that this shit is more than 50% sugar throws it into the garbage category alone.

>>which are used in a wide variety of products
Yeah, processed or premade foods tend to be garbage most of the time.

Pic related is what real food looks like. The moment your food has an ingredients list it's more than likely garbage.

Perhaps if you're talking about pre-prepared food, TV dinners or some kind of box mix. That's doing it wrong.

Pic related is all low carb. What else do you need other than some seafood and legumes?

No, because coupons are only for brand-name processed foods, and you should be buying those at all.

Pic related is what you should be buying. Notice there are no brand names and no boxes, and thus no coupons.

>>Brand

You're doing it wrong. It's not "store brand vs. the big brand". It's NO BRAND, because you cook the food fresh, the way you want it.

Good food looks like pic related. Notice there are no packages, and therefore no brands. Make shit yourself: cheaper & better.
