Next cup up and season your protein, heat up some oil in a pan, then sear and cook it. I find tofu a little finicky since you can't possibly sear every side but mine turned out alright.

Not shown: cook asparagus however you want, I did mine in a pan with a little water until vibrant green and still a bit crispy.
