prolly this, i was just using up leftovers but i thought the results looked appetising as fuck

and here's my favourite thing i've ever made, cod loin, squash puree and quinoa cooked with lamb stock, peas and capers

this was cod loin with a caramelised squash puree and some quinoa with capers peas and onions hidden underneath. it was made with leftovers, the squash was a base for a soup i made the day before and the quinoa was cooked in a lamb and anchovy broth. there was tarragon and some japanese rice seasoning as well. cod was quick cured and dusted with flour before pan roasting with lots of butter.

i couldn't believe how well it worked and i make it on the reg now.

my friends like it when i make chili and scotch eggs.

i really like making french omelettes and frying fish to serve with silky purees/sauces. i do that a lot when i'm cooking for my own edification.
