Holy fuck yes.

My father only ate his meat not only well done ,but made sure every steak we had was thin enough to always be cooked to fuck.

And i'm not talking well done. If you cook a veal steak at 65 degrees Celsius, it is well done but you still got some juices.

I'm talking dry as fuck doneness, way past well done.

I did not understand what "juicy meat" meant until i was 23, and my gf invited me to a steakhouse and ordered a medium steak for me.

Pic related : my parents went on a holiday and i made a beef chateaubriand roast as a welcome back lunch. My father was like "if i see any red spots in that meat, i'm throwing it away.". A hundred bucks worth of meat, man.
