The one pasta on my menu I don't understand, Sweet on sweet on creamy with a plain chicken breast dice.
Udon noodles, lychee, avocado, mango chicken and cream with a little white wine

Seriously I don't get this fucking pasta, it needs SOMETHING to cut through the sweetness but its the owners wifes favourite so it stays on the menu unchanged.

Top reason I hate servers? get the fuck out of my dish pit. no you cannot take dirty glasses or dishes because you're out. if I fucked up you can wait or get a new dishwasher, but most of the time, I'm going faster than 80% of the lazy cunts who work this position. You'll get the silver wear when it's clean, and your table can wait until thats the case. you are not serving dirty fucking silverware to customers.
