There's nothing wrong with soy. It's mostly used for animal feed, and useful as a rotated crop for soil. Mapo tofu is also pretty good. Haven't had that in a few years though. Through the food chain, you're probably consuming more of those estrogens through meat anyway, kind of like mercury the higher up the seafood chain you go.
