Current bourbon bottle is Evan Williams Black Label. It's super cheap, but decent, and I was surprised that I like it better than the Woodford Reserve I have, which costs twice as much. Evan Williams BiB/White Label is even better.

Gave this one another try. Before I shot it cold and it wasn't very good. Now I sip at room temp like you're supposed to and it's much better (Evan Williams Bottled-in-Bond/White Label is superior, though).

Only ones you should shoot cold are mediocre or crummy ones primarily meant to be mixed with something (Jack Daniel's, Jim Beam White Label, etc.).
