This new jersey vokda does that for me, I'm from NY and make of NJ at every chance but this stuff is pretty good, devil spring vodka at 190 proof. It's weird and not easy to get, but it does give this weird direct head but no weird effects except just taking a shot of it which has cleared out my throat and making speaking raspy.
