Read the label. There is nothing unhealthy on it. Its been approved for general consumption by the Food and Drug Administration, which is part of the US Government's Department of Health and Human Services. It's sold in Europe where Monster Energy™ had to pass even stricter health guidelines where contents have been proven safe, instead of like in the US where the ingredients are only "generally recognized as safe."

I only eat foods that are also sold in Europe for this reason. The labels on the product in both countries are the exact same.
