Today I decided that instead of using mayonnaise for my usual turkey lunch meat sandwich (sometimes with cheese or no cheese if I'm lazy), I'd use cream cheese. It was only Philadelphia Cream Cheese, turkey slices and regular buttermilk bread, no cheese (cuz I couldn't find any), and it tasted pretty alright. I didn't notice the flavor of the cream cheese that much, which is probably the biggest flaw, as mayo definitely has a stronger flavor and compliments turkey better. What do you guys think of cream cheese in a sandwich?
