I think it is just part of a larger picture involving diverging evolutionary paths, and literal genetic caps on intelligence and forethought. Neanderthal DNA is real, and is present in 2-3% in Caucasians, but totally non-existent in sub Saharan populations.

Science does not lie. 2 different types of giant apes grew and changed in their homelands. One type was surrounded by food, and beasts that would eat you...the other had to pre-plan meals based on seasons. I am not saying that blacks are not human, but that they most certainly a different branch of humanity. There is enough of a physical difference in bone structure to warrant this type of study...but too many English speaking scientists won't touch this one. Why won't they touch it? Because the instant you bring up physical differences people start pointing fingers and making the claim that you are just "trying to prove we are stupid". They don't grasp that these scientists only want to understand the mystery of life....and perhaps the fear is that the findings will open the door to answers they never wanted publicized.

Outliers exist in all studies, but the average is what is the focus point. Sub Saharan people are not stupid, but they certainly lack certain cognitive abilities overall.
