western teapots are fine for western style brewing

Those sorts of measurements are for eastern style brewing, which also involves only steeping for a couple seconds at a time. Ideally, weigh out the tea leaves, as well. I don't have the pastebins, but I have this chart.

After the merger, Chinalife lost the page they had about tea brew times and ratios and such. It was very helpful, so I'm posting it here for everyone else. Also, my favorite tea is Dragonwell, I can never get enough of it.
