when I go out for breakfast or brunch, eggs are something I commonly get. One of my biggest pet peeves is the fact that no restaurant adds anything to their eggs. I came to your restaurant to eat your eggs not generic egg number #592. fuck these retards, eating eggs at home until i find a good place

Eggs are literally a chicken embryo that we mush together and cook. Imagine if you were aborted by your mother as a fetus and someone took you and mashed you together and cooked you and covered you in creme fresh? How the fuck do you get past this and still eat them? I bet no one can answer this without a whataboutism.

what's the thing called you see at a breakfast joint that they use to cover an egg on the griddle so you get decent sunny side up eggs?

The best way to cook an egg is by cooking it sunny side up and basting it in oil. This way you can control which part of the egg gets cooked the most while also providing a nice contrast between the soft egg and the hard crust that forms. It also makes the egg whites fluffy which adds to the texture.
