There's a soft tofu dessert called tau foo fah (pic related). Its usually made fresh, the tofu is super soft and silken that it breaks as soon as you scoop it. The sauce in the pic is not soy, its usually sweet brown sugar. Sometimes it has ginger added. Just a very fresh, delicate dessert, great for hot weather.
