I am physically repulsed by every aspect of the Midwest. (Pic related is something midwesterners legitimately consume and then go on considering themselves human beings worthy of as many human rights dignities as the rest of us)

The south may be retarded and obese but at least they have actual trappings of a culture and history. The Midwest is a wasteland-- The burgerpunk dystopia the outside world pins on the rest of us. Even worse, you don't stay where you belong. You migrate to our coastal cities as young 20-somethings with mommy and daddy's money or a scholarship to your dream school, then pretend after six months in your shitty rent control apartment that you're suddenly a 'New Yorker' or an 'Angeleno'. Oh you know all the best bahn mi spots in Williamsburg you vapid little cunt? Nobody cares. The Midwest could be nuked tomorrow and the country would be better off for it.
