Whenever I'd visit family at a holiday gathering, they all have keurigs and the coffee from them always is weak and with a chemically aftertaste like hot plastic.
There's something truly unaesthetic about having your weak, morning Go-Juice pissed out of $250 machine that makes you pay a stupid amount per cup when you could just "Splash out" $20 for the pic, $20 for an electric kettle and choose a good coffee to pour over.
Instant coffee tech has come a long way since the 70s. Great for camping too.

I don't know if it'd be cheaper, but you could easily make a superior filter just out of aquarium Activated charcoal and coffee filters in a threaded cap cylinder.
Curious to me that they don't make "Refillable" inserts for these pitchers. I mean, they make them for all the Kuerig machines. It would just be charcoal instead of coffee.

It's fine if you don't like the taste of coffee, but good coffee, brewed in a good drip machine, tastes GOOD.
Several of my family members have those GoGoyJuice™ dispensers and the coffee always tastes watery and slightly of chems.
It's not the water, they are dumb enough to use bottled, or in one case RO.

A CO2 tank and a charger will give you way more mileage at much less the cost than that Israeli scam company.
