I make really good chicken soup with rice. The stock is homemade, and I use brown rice. How would I can that? I have a stock pot, dutch oven, large soup pot, and a crock pot. Could I use any of those? I just want to can about four or five jars. Canning scares me to death that I will fuck it up.

I JUST got power restored after the storm, thanks again guys for your votes. I really expected more people to compete in the last round. Vegetarian cooking is NOT my forte, I will see what I can do. Looks as though everyone else seems to be happy with the challenge. Hopefully that means more people will participate. I wish everyone luck in the next round.
