my fav is four and its pretty simple, pepper jack, sharp cheddar, romano parm mixture,and a little swiss, or gruyere, or whatever you like thats nutty, recipe
>make a roux
>throw in a small shallot diced tiny, 1 clove garlic 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, pour 1 cup hot milk over all ingredients, start melting in your cheeses, hard cheese first, a little black pepper and salt, throw in your noodles (already boiled of course) mix throw on plate and enjoy, it is fucking amazing. you can add bacon, or tomatoes, or green onions or whatever you like.

personally I like to flick my bic for my dogs, and heat them up nice and slow, usually I am hiding in the closet with my bags of poo so I can't tell people about the glorious flavor of a bic proofed dog, but today was a good day, so I decided to get up and type on 4chins.
