Dabbling with keto in the past has taught me fats only digests slow if you eat non fats with it.

For example, a bowl full of two scrambled eggs will make you hungry as fuck in two hours, but not if you have toast with it.

Also what is this that I'm hearing from MDs that the recommended number of eggs to eat a week is 2, and that eggs might hurt the liver.
