My dads farm is 10 minutes away from state college PA but everyone in the area is nice. Everyone knows their neighbors and everyone has guns. Pretty sure the crime rate is 0% lol.

My dads farm has a history behind it. Its been in the family since 1790. My dad has siblings, but my grandpa decided to give all 1000 acres to my dad instead of his siblings so they wouldnt fight and break up the farm to sell it.

Theres a ton of history there. Half of it is farmland and the other half is woods, where there is some seriously spooky stuff. Theres a sinkhole that doesn't have a bottom. My dad is ex-military and threw a chem light down there and it just disappeared.

I hope this isn't too morbid, but if you believe in an afterlife, can you watch over the woods and your tree? Penn State Agriculture kids own some of the land near us and they sometimes trespass, so give them a good scare yeah?
