But if you’d like a grounded answer of a more consumer level sauce you can probably find anywhere, I’d go with Cholula or Louisiana brand. Kinda weird that I don’t actually have any Louisiana on hand right now

The one on the right is my favorite as well. My actually favorite hot sauce is pic related but it’s like $15 a bottle and I go through it super fast. That black label Texas Pete is the only hot sauce I can find anywhere that’s actually somewhat “hot”. Our Walmart doesn’t even carry it I had to get it from another local store. Our Walmart used to have Melinda’s Ghost Pepper sauce which I liked but it’s been outta stock for weeks
