Get a 3 or 4 bone piece of Prime Rib. That alone at Whole Paycheck should be like $200-$300

Eat it with some saffron roasted garlic mashed potatoes with truffles shaved on top.

And some sauteed mushrooms, whatever are the most expensive, like coral mushrooms or black trumpets or something.

Add an expensive veggie like endive and youre all set.

Maybe add a nice red wine if you have money left over
