As far as the "sweet fruits" thing goes, I would eat pineapple/mango/papaya still, because they contain enzymes which aid in digestion, especially with meat. You pretty much can't go wrong with fruit. In addition I would eat everything on the left, plus beans/lentils (high veg source of protein) and whole grains (teff/amaranth/quinoa/farro/buckwheat/corn/oats/rye all contain good trace minerals, and solid phytonutrients and can aid in digestion and lower bad cholesterol). Also, if you're gonna eat bread, I stick with ezekiel's sprouted low glycemic bread. I would stay away from dairy, and limit farmed fatty fish which are high in toxins from runoff (wild caught is preferable). In general, stay away from *cheap* meats. If you really want to eat dairy, only eat high quality stuff, and if you have issues digesting it, look into A2 milk.
Starchy vegetables and nuts are awesome, make sure you have leafy greens too, and plenty of cruciferous vegetables. Eggs are really neutral and really don't offer much in the way of unique nutrition that couldn't be attained elsewhere.
Lastly, two points: eat whole versions of foods whenever possible, and know what works for you. Everyone is built differently, but find out what foods make you feel good, and help you attain a healthy weight. This also includes eating intervals, and as you probably already know, eating three times per day isn't really necessary or even recommended.
