not sure if serious, but trans fat is poison in the literal sense. it has no nutritional benefit, and only serves to help kill you.

you muscle cells cannot metabolize trans fats, they have to go the the liver to get broken down, just like other toxins. at least the body has a way to get useful energy from saturated fats. meanwhile trans fats just build up thick layers in your blood vessels while waiting to get processed in your liver.

it's probably better to eat small quantities of rat poison. at least warfarin helps lower your blood pressure.
