I binge drink for entertainment, about 2 or 3 times a month. Usually order food from a favorite restaurant and chug some liquor before eating so I can it enjoy it more buzzed. Watch a good show while sipping drinks until I can't understand it, then watch random shit on the internet until I have truly lost my mind.

My alcohol tolerance is getting concernedly higher and lately I've been getting depressed while drunk and the day after. It doesn't help that I'm fat and stuff like this is keeping me fat. Really thinking about cutting it off altogether before it gets too late.

Europeans vastly overrate their food. They like to use authenticity as the determining factor of quality, when in reality their food is usually pretty boring. At a European restaurant you will most likely be served something you could make at home. High quality, sure, but lacking a certain oomph of deliciousness.

In fact they tend to underrate American food because of that oomph. Are Americans just shameless flavor whores? I've had some amazing French cuisine (my favorite was a duck dish with potatoes) but it still wasn't any more or less better than the best BBQ ribs or pizza I've ever had.

Americans prefer homogenization of flavors over harmony of distinct flavors, and I believe that is why fast food is so popular there
