Seafood is so disgusting, the smell instantly makes me sick to my stomach

this shit has been going on for too long. ever since i was a little i couldnt eat anything homecooked because i would actually barf it out and my whole diet has been basically freezer chicken nuggies and other freezer meals and grilled cheese sandwhiches. even as a 24 year old man i feel like throwing up anything that isnt in the slightest way processed. homecooked foods that literally everyone i know finds to be tasty makes me want to take no more than one or two bites. my body would rather starve than take a bite out of something that wont give me chronic heart disease at 40. im pretty confident this is a me problem because i feel like sick seeing the food you guys cook here dispite it probably being heathy and good tasting for anybody else.
