Here are some stuffed peppers that he brought to a different potluck. Sorry that this is a bit gross-looking but I didn't get to take a pic until after some folks had already been at them.

How do you stuff your peppers?

I've always done just sausage, tomato sauce, and cheese, but I've been thinking about switching it up. Maybe beef and a creamy alfredo type sauce, and cheese. I dunno. What do you think?
