I can relate to this, but you really need to show more than what's in your door.

Do you have any food related fears?

I'm making some rye bread right now, but I'm afraid to eat because of the off chance of ergotism, so I'm giving it to my brother to eat first.

Whenever I try something with a shitload of ingredients, or something I've never eaten before, I always touch a small bit of it to the inside of my lip to test whether or not I'm allergic to it.

Are there any recipes or sources for making bread that YOU personally trust and confirm are good?

I'm trying to become a expert bread maker, and I guess the first step would be to find some good info/recipes. Thing is that they're is just so many sources, I'm having a hard time finding ones that are "expert-tier".

Either way, what kind of bread can you make?
