It’s not really tax evasion, but he used to accept money from viewers with their request to review a certain joint. So if they sent him $40 he would spend $15 on the food for the review then he would donate the rest of the money to the Barrie Food Bank and get a tax writeoff for himself from the donation. So not only was he taking money from people to stuff his face with burgers and donuts on camera he was also using them to pay less taxes.
He also claims the food he eats as a business expense to pay less tax. Of course that’s completely legal but it is pathetic.
