This is the best thing I have ever tasted.

Foie gras parfait, peppered madeira helly, smoked duck, apricot and almond crumble.

10/10 dish. Took me to a place in flavour town I never knew existed.

The most delightful thing I have ever eaten is foie gras parfait, pic related.

This dish took me to another place. I never knew something could taste so good. 5 years on, and the feeling I got when I first tried it has not left me.
