Hey guys, whats some impressive meal that you can cook for a date that doesnt take the whole damn evening? I'll post a few ideas to get things started.

Ceasar salad with seared salmon. Get some nice bread, and good anchovies and make it all yourself. Ask her to bring wine

Roasted red pepper Vodka Sauce and pasta. The cream/pepper based sauce is great on its own, or something like Italian sausaage or even chicken works great for protein.

Clams with white wine sauce and pasta - I almost guarantee no one has made her clam linguini before you.

Fried rice. Ok sure, not as impressive as the other options but if you use legit ingredients its super easy to make very delicious and impressive fried rice.

What are your thoughts? I would love more ideas that arent just PASTA!
