I didn't say there were no ceos who grew up poor. Just the overwhelming majority come from rich failies.
They got sent to private school, had tutors to make sure they could get into good universities.
They didn't have to work during university, so could focus on studying, and playing golf with other rich assholes (or as they call it "networking"), and if they did fuck up, their parents could just make a donation to the university to make any trouble go away.

Then once they graduate, they can either get a job with one of the assholes who went to their fraternity 30 years ago, or have their dad set them up with a cushy gig at one of his buddies firms.
Honestly, the whole system is fucked, and people need to realise it can be unfucked.
For one, by raising taxes on the rich to subsidise education/healthcare for everyone else, two massively increasing the penalties for tax evasion, and three, banning lobbying/political donations.
