Brush with olive oil and top with crushed tomatoes seasoned with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder , sugar and fresh herbs. Here’s some topping to add too. Mozzarella, spinach, mushroom, cheddar, green pepper, basil:oregano and white onion. I sometimes add grilled chicken too.
