That looks pretty good. I've been looking some up and there's a whole world of euro food I've paid 0 attention to.

Sauerbraten looks pretty good, although it's a bit late to marinate something for 10 days.
Will at least whip up some Knodels. Or "der Knödel" as the krauts call them. I have no idea how to do letter accents on my keyboard.

What does sauerbraten actually taste like compared to a normal beef roast? I am thinking about making this for my Dad on Father's Day. I've got plenty of time between now and then to do a test run and perhaps make a bottle of sauerkraut to go with it.
