I’m trying it for the first time. My mom gave me the bottle on the right and I turned it into the jar in the middle. Tomorrow I’m probably gonna transfer it to the big jar on the right.

I’ve been brewing it since the 25th, so about 11 days tomorrow. It’s becoming very tart/acidic. Maybe too tart I’m not sure yet.

Anyone have any tips or comments?
