When it comes to continental breakfast, what continent do you like your breakfast from?

Not my breakfast but that's how I normally eat breakfast (just not that much). Sometimes I have British breakfast or Shakshuka.

Post your favorite/most comfortable breakfasts and if possible or willing, post any tips on cooking said breakfast items or special sauces/spices
This thread is not to judge others on what they eat. Don't be an autistic telling people "stop liking what I don't like". Ignore bait such as people putting ketchup on steak that is well done, etc.


For me, it's:
Biscuits and gravy
Cheese and steak omelet w/onions, garlic, tomato, spinach and cilantro
Goetta patties
Jalapeño bacon
Home fries with peppers and onions and garlic
Waffles with whiskey syrup
Plate of various fruits (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, starfruit)
Bowl of apples and cinnamon oatmeal
Talk cup of vanilla almond milk (I personally like the taste, no shits given about "healthiness")
Talk glass of high pulp oj
2-3 cups of damn fine black coffee, blacker than a moonless night
