made some general tso's chicken last night. it was going to be orange chicken but i was using a bottled sauces and the tso's was far better.

i have never really battered and fried before, only dredged, so i used bottled sauce to focus on that part of it. was good, but the chicken turned out good enough that i need to make a sauce from scratch next time. batter was easy and stuck perfectly to the chicken.

i think more chicken was eaten plain than was sauced.
