What the hell is he talking about "it will make you thick" lol. Garri is just carbs.

Personally I don't like soaked garri, but dough garri("eba" as he call it) with any soup is nice. Pic related with scrambled eggs mixed in is very tasty as well.

I also recommend putting a little bit of oil in the "eba" garri dough, it gives it a better texture. He doesn't do it but it's better. Any type of oil, but if you want something more authentic use palm oil. It will make the dough yellow.
